Is There Any Refund Policy On Zalika women?
Products delivered may not be refunded. However, you may exchange, or replace as per our Exchange / Replacements Policy.
Zalika Women offers its customers a ‘ 3 DAYS EXCHANGE/REPLACE SERVICE ‘ wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 3 days of its delivery.
Is There Any Charges On Exchange/Replace Any Defected Product?
No! there are no charges on exchange/replacement for products that are faulty or defective in any way. Our customer care center is there for you 24/7, you may contact them through WhatsApp, Phone or Email send them the details i.e. your name, order number and images of a faulty product, description about product’s fault and your contact number, they will soon contact you and exchange/replace your parcel within 3 working days without any cost.
If We Don’t Like the Products Then How We Exchange/Replace Them?
Zalika Women had built its policies very flexible for its customers, If any of our valuable customers don’t like our products, or want to order any other product from our website in place of the order that they already got, They will have to first send the received product to our official address and after we receive the product our officer will communicate with you and ask you for the other product by which you want to replace your first order and will send the selected product to your address provided. Replacement can be made within 3 working days. For this type of Replacement/Exchange, Rs 300/PKR will be charged.
Note: Products that you Replace/Exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged in any manner.
Preparing Your Return:
To return a shipped item, please follow these steps they’re also on your packing slip.
- Indicate the reason for your return and the packing slip next to the item you’re returning.
- Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
- We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within 03 days of receiving your return.
- Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
