Return and Exchange

We offer exchanges, not refunds. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

We'll exchange it free of charge. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue on WhatsApp (+92 313 4910376) or email (care@zalikawomen.com), and we'll arrange the replacement within 3 working days.

Change of mind (size, colour or style)

Send the item back to us at 63Z Phase 3 DHA, Lahore. Once it arrives, we'll confirm your replacement and ship it out. A Rs 300 exchange fee applies to cover delivery both ways.

What we can accept

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't exchange undergarments that have been worn or opened beyond trying on over clothing.

Refused parcels

You can refuse a parcel at the door if it's damaged or isn't what you ordered.
